Married, single, dating, sexually active or celibate, the Big Book states that we all have sex problems and we'd hardly be human if we didn't. Believe it or not, most of our ideas about sex, friendship, intimacy, gender, roles, body image, finances, etc., need an overhauling through the Sex Inventory. The 4th Step Sex Inventory is vital in addressing those areas which continue to block us from God, others, ourselves and future happiness.
Then after we complete the Sex Inventory, the Big Book leads us to draft a Sex Ideal. This is a vital roadmap we use to have, navigate and improve current and future relationships that are healthy and happy.
